| Applications | Suitable for Immunoblotting, ELISA, Immunohistochemistry, immunomicroscopy as well as other antibody based assays using streptavidin or avidin conjugates requiring lot-to-lot consistency. Recommended Dilutions: ELISA: 1/20,000-1/300,000. Western Blot: 1/2,000-1/10,000. Immunohistochemistry: 1/1,000-1/5,000. This product has been assayed against 1.0 ug of Monkey IgM in a standard capture ELISA using Peroxidase Conjugated Streptavidin and ABTS (2,2'-azino-bis-[3-ethylbenthiazoline-6-sulfonic acid]) as a substrate for 30 minutes at room temperature. A working dilution of 1/5,000 to 1/20,000 of the concentration is suggested for this product. |
