Specificity	This antibody recognizes pig neutrophils in various organs and in blood smears. It stains neutrophils in the lung, kidney, uterus, liver and in splenic red pulp.  Antigen Distribution on Tissue sections: The antigen is associated with neutrophils in various swine tissues, e.g. in the red pulp of the spleen, and also with neutrophils in blood smears. Reacts with human neutrophils as well.
