Recommend Dilution	Peptide ELISA: 1/32000 (Detection Limit). Western blot: Preliminary experiments gave an approx 85kDa band in Mouse fetal Brain lysates after 0.3µg/ml antibody staining. Please note that currently we cannot find an explanation in the literature for the band we observe given the calculated size of 55.9kDa according to NP_775567.2. The 85kDa band was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide. Immunohistochemistry on Paraffin Sections: 0.5-2 µg/ml. In paraffin embedded Mouse Brain stem shows staining of Raphe nucleii serotonergic neurons consistent with observation by different antibodies.
