Recommend Dilution	Suitable for Immunoblotting (Western or Dot blot), ELISA Immunoprecipitation, conjugation and most immunological methods requiring high titer and specificity. Note: This product has been assayed against 1.0 ug of Glycerol-3-Phosphate-Dehydrogenase [Rabbit Muscle] in a standard sandwich ELISA using Peroxidase conjugated Affinity Purified anti-Goat IgG [H&L] (Rabbit) (Cat#R1317HRP) and ABTS (2,2'-azino-bis-[3-ethylbenthiazoline-6-sulfonic acid]) as a substrate for 30 minutes at room temperature. A working dilution of 1/20,000 to 1/100,000 of the reconstitution concentration is suggested for this product. Recommended Dilutions: ELISA: 1/5,000-1/25,000 Western Blot: 1/500-1/3,000

Specificity	This product is an IgG fraction antibody purified from monospecific antiserum by a multistep process which includes delipidation, salt fractionation and ion exchange chromatography followed by extensive dialysis against the buffer stated above. Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Goat Serum as well as purified and partially purified Glycerol 3-Phosphate Dehydrogenase [Rabbit Muscle]. Cross reactivity against Glycerol-3-Phosphate Dehydrogenase from other sources is unknown.
