Specificity	This antibody recognises the Chiken CD3 cell surface antigen, a complex of at least three polypeptides of 20, 19 and 17kD expressed by T cells. The antibody also co-precipitates a 90kD heterodimer from digitonin solubilized T cell lysates, which can be reduced to two polypeptides of 40kD and 50 kD.
