Summary	Mouse GUCY2C is a heat-stable enterotoxin receptor a part of the guanylate cyclase (GC) family. This protein plays an important role in regulating intestinal function. The activation of Mouse GUCY2C signaling triggers intestinal inflammation, cell proliferation in a cGMP-dependent manner, and mediates fluid-ion homeostasis.
