LentiTran™, Specialized for Lentivirus Production
Lentivirus is a simple and efficient gene delivery tool, especially for hard-to-transfect cells. Lentiviral particles can be packaged by co-transfection of lentiviral transfer vector (contains your gene of interest) and essential viral genes (lentiviral packaging plasmids) into HEK293T cells. To ensure efficient lentivirus packaging and high viral titer virus production, transfection efficiency is critical. Therefore, OriGene developed a special transfection reagent, LentiTran, for high titer lentivirus production using HEK293T cells.
